EXTRAORDINARY VIEWS AT PAVILIONS AT PANTOPS - CHOICE LOTS STILL AVAILABLE
SPhase III of Pavilions at Pantops, a Southern Development community, is fully underway, and for those who may have waited to find a new townhome in Charlottesville's favorite and best selling community, the best is yet to come.
Phase III is at the rear of the community and has phenomenal views, according to Rebecca White, Sales Manager for Southern Development at Pavilions at Pantops. The neighborhood is located across from Starbucks and is most convenient to Downtown Charlottesville, shopping and restaurants at Pantops and I-64. "The homesites in Phase III sit at elevations 28' - 36' above the rest of the community, many with a clear shot of the mountains, not typical of a townhome community so close to town," said White.
Pavilions at Pantops, in fact, has been the best selling townhome neighborhood in Charlottesville & Albemarle County for three years running. And it is little wonder. The location is among the best in town, within walking distance of the new Martha Jefferson Hospital as well as restaurants, grocery and department stores. While located in Albemarle County, the proximity to the Downtown Mall is another drawing card for the popular community.
Included in the price of the homes at Pavilions at Pantops - starting in the $260,000 range - are many upgrades including granite countertops, maple cabinets, hardwood and ceramic floors, HardiPlank exteriors, two-zone heating and air-conditioning systems and much more. Pavilions at Pantops is also one of the few townhome communities to offer first floor master suites.
"We expect strong sales on the remaining units," White said. "We encourage buyers to check out our homes at our Model Home in Pavilions at Pantops, which is open seven days a week from 11 AM until 6 PM."
Southern Development Homes was just voted the Best Builder in the Daily Progress Readers' Choice Poll, for the second consecutive year.
"We are on track to meet or exceed last year's sales," said Frank Ballif, founder of Southern Development. Since the company began operations 12 years ago, it has delivered nearly 400 homes. And 99% of their customers say they would purchase again from Southern Development and gladly refer the builder to friends. The reason? Extraordinary customer service, says Rebecca White.
"While our homeowners often quote the quality and value our homes offer, they say its the service after the sale that stands out," she stated. "If issues arise, we take care of them. Our in-house Service Manager, Robert Schwagerl, makes sure we exceed their expectations."
Southern Development Homes is currently active in 12 communities. They also build custom homes in and around Charlottesville, a segment of the market which is beginning to pick up significantly as the market improves. To find out more about Pavilions at Pantops, call Rebecca White at 434-202-0422.
